In part one, I discussed how Cahokia Mounds is effectively a Golden Calf at this juncture plopped in the Middle of America. I do not think it was originally a Golden Calf, but that is how it is now used.

This time, we are going to examine how the Gateway Arch was built and what it could mean for Cahokia.
